Solos isn’t just another holiday company. Solos is a community, and we fondly welcome new customers to enjoy the experience of travelling with us. We know that our success is very much down to our customers and that’s the ethos upon which our business has grown over the last 30 years. Indeed, over half of our customers are regular Solos travellers, and this is by no means something that we take for granted. The service we offer is personal, yet unobtrusive – group sizes do vary but you will be with other single travellers who share a passion for life, a desire to embrace new experiences and who enjoy discovering exciting destinations.
We strongly suggest you book early to secure your preferred date and destination, especially as certain tours are known to fill up very quickly. On selected holidays, there are special early booking offers. These are highlighted throughout the brochure and include extras such as room upgrades and complimentary excursions.

As a matter of policy we never penalise our early bookers, therefore if you have booked far in advance you can be confident that none of your travelling companions will have paid less than you if they booked later. We can make this guarantee as, unlike most other travel companies, whenever we negotiate lower prices from our suppliers these savings are passed on to every customer in that particular group, regardless of when they booked.
In the event our prices should increase once you have confirmed your booking with us, your holiday is guaranteed at the lower price. Booking early is always recommended so you can take advantage of any offers, but also so you can be confident in the knowledge that the price won’t become cheaper.
The air holiday packages and flights in this brochure are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Our ATOL number is 0559. ATOL protects you from losing your money or from being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses, to ensure they are financially able to carry out their business. However, if a tour operator does go out of business, the CAA will ensure you do not lose the money you have paid, or if you’re abroad, they will arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home.
We value the feedback we receive from our customers as it helps us with new ideas and improvements to our programme. Several changes to this brochure have been influenced by customer feedback including ideas for new destinations, adjustments to itineraries and changes of hotels.
