Brazil

Singles holidays in Brazil for the solo traveller

Stretching across half of South America, Brazil has captivated travellers for at least 500 years. Powdery white-sand beaches, lined with palm trees and bordering a deep blue Atlantic, extend for more than 7000 kilometres whilst tropical islands, music-filled metropolis and enchanting colonial towns dot the coastline.  Some of the world’s most exciting cities can be found within Brazil so visitors need not come to the famous Carnival to experience the music, dance and revelry that pack so many calendar nights.

Inland, Brazil boasts majestic waterfalls, canyons and crystal-clear rivers, all part of its extensive natural beauty which is clear to see in the Amazon and the Pantanal.  It’s impossible not to be amazed given that the pair host some of the greatest biodiversity on the planet. Wildlife-watching is simply astounding here, as is the opportunity for adventure, although it’s not restricted to the rainforest.  Kayaking, rafting, trekking, snorkelling and surfing are just a few ways to spend a sun-drenched afternoon in nearly any region in Brazil.
