Trento, the Dolomite peaks and the irresistible lakes of northern Italy provide the venue for this fun and informal culinary break that also samples the pick of Trentino’s wines.

Day 1 London – Verona Fly to Verona and transfer to our hotel.

Day 2 Cheese, Salami & Intros Today’s opener is cheese-tasting which also includes varieties of honey, salami and speck, (locally cured ham). A variety of delicious antipasti, primi piatti and more are in the spotlight as an introduction to regional food and wine.

Day 3 Botanical Gardens, Wine & Trento Visit local botanical gardens where you can enjoy a nature trail and see a vast range of colourful plants and flowers, which are grouped according to origin. After lunch, there is a visit to a winery...
