The beaches of Playa Del Ingles
Gran Canaria’s never-ending appeal begins with its beaches. Our hotel is located in the larger-than-life coastal resort of Playa del Ingles – on the southernmost tip of the island. The resort boasts 3km of stunning white sand and we can take part in an array of water sports that are on offer on the beach. The resort’s 2km promenade is packed with bars, restaurants, pubs and shops – all to keep us entertained for the week!
Relax on the beach or by the pool
As we are on all-inclusive basis, why not get a couple of cooling cocktails from the bar, grab a sun-lounger and soak up the rays by the hotel’s swimming pool? When we’re feeling peckish, we have a number of food options to tempt us. Alternatively, the nearest beach is just 15 minutes away; with the hotel providing a free shuttle to the beach several times a day.
Extravagant Nightlife
Playa del Ingles is famous for its extravagant nightlife, it’s impossible to get bored here. There are hundreds of bars, clubs, and discos open until the early hours of the morning that cater for all tastes. For a more laid-back evening, we can go to the city of Las Palmas where we can find the Casino Las Palmas if we fancy a flutter. Or we can head to the stylish and chic area of Meloneras, where there are numerous bars and cafes. There are plenty of places to explore on this beautiful island to watch the sunset whilst enjoying a local tipple.
