We will be kicking off the week of adventure with a hike along the Soap House Trail, lined with think woodland home to a variety of fascinating trees such as oak, pistachio and oriental strawberry. Take a break at Eagle’s Viewpoint and soak in the stunning vistas in front of you, it won’t take you long to fall in love with Jordan!
Lunch the local way and join a Jordanian family in Orian for some homemade cuisine before moving onto the historical site of Jerash to learn more about the legacy of the region.

Today we will expand our exploration of the Dana Biosphere Reserve and trek 8km across the sand dunes and pink valleys as we observe the fascinating biodiversity of the 320km expanse. If you’re lucky you might come face to face with some of the regions inhabitants such as lizards and sand cats.
To round off this unforgettable hike, visit the ruins of Shobak Castle looking out over fruit orchards below. Head back to the Petra hotel and put your feet up for the evening for a well earned rest.

This is one for the thrill-seekers as today we head out on a fleet of jeeps through the red sands of Wadi Rum where we will race across the rolling dunes. Hold on tight and make sure to look out the window as the unique landscape flashes past!
Into the evening, watch the sun set behind the mountains with your travel pals and hunker down in your glamping set up for a good nights rest!
