What does being a member mean?

    Access to new holidays before they appear on our website with the exclusive opportunity to pre-register and reserve your place in advance.

  • Exclusive AccessClub events

    Access to exclusive members-only events during the course of the year. These will range from celebration dinners, dances, sporting events, concerts and many more.

  • Free airport lounge passes with many holidays 

    Access to free airport lounge passes on all Discovery tours and holidays over £1,500.

  • Dedicated phone line

    Members also have access to our members-only telephone number, putting you in immediate contact with our Access team.

How can you join?

Every Solos customer can qualify for AccessClub membership. Entry is based on a combination of previous spend and frequency of travel. To qualify, you will need to have accrued 250 points since 1st January 2018. 

Points are earned as follows:

• 1 x holiday of any duration = 50 points 

• £1,000 spend = 50 points

As an example, a customer booking one Discovery Tour at £2,000 and two Balls with us at £50 each will earn the following:

• 3 x holidays = 150 points 

• £2,100 spend = 100 points

TOTAL = 250 points

Once you’re in the AccessClub, you’re in. You won’t be asked to fulfil any spending or booking criteria in the future to maintain your membership.

1. Qualification to the AccessClub will be determined by the criteria as outlined. 2. Application of any discount does not apply to or effect the deposit payment. 3. Access membership is offered at the discretion of Solos based on the qualification criteria as outlined and thus Solos have the right to terminate access or to change the rules, regulations, conditions of participation levels, in whole or part, at any time, with or without notice. 4. Airport lounge passes to the value not exceeding £40. 5. Access benefits are non-transferable and there is no cash equivalent. 6. The qualification criteria is applicable from 01.01.18 7. The range of benefits on offer is subject to change at anytime.
