Your five-step guide to a healthy mind & body

Welcome to our quiet little corner of self-discovery! As we celebrate International Yoga Day and shine a light on mental and physical wellbeing, why not take a moment to reflect on how we can nurture ourselves.

Travel with Solos

Step 1: Practice yoga or meditationwoman in a yoga position

International Yoga Day serves as a reminder to reconnect with our inner selves through the practice of yoga. Not just in a physical sense, but also striking that much sought-after balance between the mind and body.

Step 2: Be present

In such a fast-paced world, our mental health can often come in last. So, whether it’s through meditation, breathing exercises, or just spending time outdoors, finding those moments of calm can make the world of difference to how we’re feeling.




Step 3: Find a place to press pause

Imagine a getaway that recharges your batteries and helps you find a way back to yourself.  Whether it’s a beach retreat or a wellness resort, escapes like this have a way of easing us into a more positive state of mind.

Step 4: Daily self-care

Self-care is a necessity so it’s important to be consistent. Dedicate time each day to activities that make you feel good; Read a book, go for a walk or stretch out on your yoga mat.

Step 5: Be open 

Take the holistic approach. Being open to new things and changing our environment to reset can have a huge impact on your mindset.
