Visit the capital of Santorini, Thira, single travellers can clip-clop their way up to this ancient town on a donkey or alternatively take a cable car up which offers spectacular views over the caldera! Perched on the top of the caldera rim, Thira overlooks the Aegean Sea and offers authentic shops coupled together with beautiful architecture that is unique to the island of Santorini. Explore the city further and you will find picture perfect tavernas and might even stumble across the iconic blue-domed church if you are lucky! To see the island’s famous sunsets, Oia is the place to go and if you fancy it take a dip in the hot springs!
