Welcome to the Villa Maistrali, our charming and traditional family-run property situated in the heart of the resort of Perissa. You can be assured of a warm welcome by the Drossos family and your resident Tour Leader. With a roof terrace offering fabulous 360 degree views and the resort on your doorstep, we’re sure the Villa Maistrali will provide a great base to enjoy and explore the stunning island of Santorini! Get ready to enjoy an island tour, taking you to the famous Oia, as well as a chance to enjoy a swimming stop at Kamari! Or, perhaps you’d rather enjoy a glass (or two!) of Greek wine? Enjoy some wine tasting and nibbles whilst watching the spectacular Santorini sunset. And, no holiday to Santorini is complete without a dip in the thermal hot springs!

About This Holiday

Perissa is located on Santorini’s south east coast. The resort is framed by dramatic scenery and peppered with white-washed villas, where you can soak up the warm Mediterranean sun and take a break from the world at home. Villa Maistrali is a small, singles only residence and is situated just 80 meters from the unique and stunning black sand beach of Perissa. This beach holds a Blue Flag award and is sheltered from the summer Aegean winds because of its location next to the Profitis Ilias mountain.

  • Visit the traditional and beautiful village of Oia, famous for its cobbled streets and famous whitewashed buildings with blue domed roofs.
  • Experience the charm of neighbouring Thirassia.
  • Enjoy a tour and tipple at Santos Wines whilst watching the spectacular Santorini sunset.
  • Visit the monastery in the mountains, and you can even buy produce from the monks (you can even see it form our roof terrace!).
  • Take a dip in the incredible hot springs and perhaps even climb the volcano.

The joy of this exclusive villa is that everything is within easy reach, including the Blue Flag awarded beach, a choice of bars and restaurants and even the bus stop which is at the end of the road, allowing you easy access to all the sights this delightful island has to offer. The rooftop plunge pools is the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing lazy days at the property and with easy access to the promenade, you won’t have to venture far in the evenings.

Sights & Sounds of Santorini

Santorini conjures up images of white-washed houses, blue-domed churches and dramatic cliffs. The southernmost of the Cyclades, a group of islands that spreads most of the way across the Mediterranean from Athens in the north to Crete in the south. The island enjoys great weather from early spring to late autumn, and is like no other with its dramatic crescent shape created from a huge volcanic eruption thousands of years ago.

Villa Maistrali

Our small and quaint property allows convenient access to the promenade of shops, bars and restaurants that lie parallel to Perissa beach. It provides a great base in this popular resort of Perissa.

Facilities Include

Facilities include a rooftop plunge pool with loungers and a small pool bar. Please note: Villa Maistrali does not have a lift and is therefore not ideal for people with walking difficulties. The breakfast room and some guest rooms are on the ground floor, but the rooftop pool and bar is only accessible by three flights of stairs.

Room Includes

Our comfortable rooms are decorated in crisp white and pastel shades with modern furnishings including a double bed. All feature air-conditioning (payable locally), satellite TV, a fridge, kettle, safe, telephone and hairdryer. Most rooms have a small table and chairs on either the small terrace or balcony.
Please note: Villa Maistrali does not have a lift and is therefore not ideal for people with walking difficulties.
