Corfu Town
Spend the day in historic Corfu Town
ClubSolos is taking to the beautiful waters of the Ionian Sea. Join us on a small-yacht sailing experience of discovery around beautiful Greek islands and glorious coastlines on the traditional sailing boat, M/S Eros.
Extras
From Corfu airport transfer to the Old Port in Corfu town where you can stow your luggage on board the M/S Eros. Perhaps have a wander around the Old Port and stop for a spot of lunch in a local taverna. In the afternoon either relax on board our yacht or spend some time exploring the historic, UNESCO World Heritage town of Kerkyra (Corfu Old Town). Subject to local conditions and the timely arrival of all flights, we set sail to Kassiopi.
Think of thick forests, natural coves, green hills with olive groves, and ardent valleys that sit back-to-back with crystal clear waters and sparkling white beaches. You can find this in the Mourtos and Sivota Islands, south of Corfu, where we sail and stop to marvel at some of the islands best natural highlights. This includes the striking Papanikolis Cave and the famed Blue Lagoon Bay, where you can swim in the iridescent blue waters. We will arrive in to Sivota on the mainland in the evening, where we can stroll along the traditional Marina village and take your pick from one of the idyllic tavernas lining the promenade and have dinner (at own cost) while watching the sunset.
Nestled on the Ionian coastline of the Greek Mainland, Parga has been described as one of the region’s most beautiful villages. This is because of its two crystal clear bays that line either side of its main town and the iconic Venetian fortress that forms an impressive backdrop.
We will have lunch onboard and the afternoon is then free to explore Parga or take an optional excursion. We stay in town for the evening where dinner can be taken in one of the lovely tavernas and enjoy some authentic hospitality.
Today we sail to the beautiful little-known island of Antipaxos, which is often overshadowed by the main island of Paxos. Following lunch, we stop for a little coastal relaxation time around the islands secluded, tranquil bays that are home to the picturesque beaches of Voutoumi and Vrika. Here we can go snorkelling in the turquoise waters, or perhaps go ashore and take a walk along the clifftops or visit one of the three delightful harbour towns – Gaios, Loggos and Lakka.
With white pebble beaches, striking blue seas and lush green countryside, Paxos is one of Greece’s best-kept secrets. We will dock at the port of Gaios ready for a full day on the island.
You can easily explore by foot and spend the day seeking out the secluded coves and bays for swimming, enjoy the Venetian architecture of Gaios town or sample the world-renowned olive oil from the surrounding groves.
Watch the fisherman go about their work from one of the seafront cafes, before enjoying some of the best and freshest seafood at one of the excellent local tavernas that stock the best catch of the day.
Dotted with secluded bays and sea caves, with shallow waters for those keen to explore the underworld of the Ionian Sea, this part of Paxos Island is an explorer’s dream.
Enjoy lunch on the vessel while we sail towards bustling Lakka, the second largest village on the island set in a horseshoe bay to a backdrop of olive and cypress trees. Visit the pebbled Kanoni beach and sandy Harami beach.
Later, stroll the vibrant promenade along the seafront. Full of bars and tavernas, Lakka is the epitome of old school Greek charm. We will overnight at a picturesque bay here.
Tonight we have our Captains evening dinner on board.
Note: The vessel cannot dock in the marina in this area.
Before we head back to Corfu Island, we take the chance to fit in one more of Corfu’s long sandy beaches, swimming ashore where possible. We visit the beautiful Benitses Beach and village on the east coast of the island, enjoying an onboard lunch on the way for some final sweeping sea views. Once we arrive back in Corfu Old Town perhaps take advantage of an optional excursion. For our last evening, there is an option for us to join together at a traditional Corfu Greek Night (at own cost) to round off our fantastic week together. We spend our final night on board docked in the marina
After breakfast we say goodbye to the crew and transfer back to Corfu Airport for our flight home.

Useful Information
The boat gets its power from a generator which can be noisy below deck and therefore is not run at night. To charge phones and operate any electrical equipment, it is suggested that this is done during the day when the generator is running. Please note that air con is not possible to operate during nighttime hours.
***Recommend that guests take a spare power pack that can be charged during the day whilst power is available so that they have a battery ‘backup’ for nighttime hours***
Please note the itinerary is subject to change based on local conditions. This includes sailing on arrival day to Kassiopi if there are late flight arrivals.
Due to the nature of the boat and sailing experience it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties – there are steep steps around the boat to access the cabin deck and the sun deck. There are also narrow passages above and below deck.
Storage in the cabins is limited to a small wardrobe and space for luggage – please pack accordingly.
Power Plugs
The Eros has European plugs inside that work (and you are able to charge phones, laptop etc.), when the boat is sailing
or when it is docked at ports with electricity power from the shore.
Lights on board
The lights in your cabin, shower and on the boat work with 24V as well as the toilets. The boats are equipped with
batteries that supply the 24V, hence there is no need for external power supply for your lights & toilets to operate.
Wi-Fi on board
Wi Fi works only when we have power supply from shore at Corfu Port, Kassiopi, Sivota and Gaios ports and when the generator is working .
Hot water
You are able to have a shower anytime of the day but keep in mind that when the boat is docked at Parga and Lakka port
and the engines are turned off the flow is reduced and there is not hot water after midnight. If your shower does not have hot water, please inform your captain in order to open the water heater and please wait for 15/20 minutes until it heats up more water again. Please note – water tanks on a boat are limited, meaning when multiple cabins shower
at the same time, hot water is highly likely to end.
Daily cleaning
Daily cleaning includes general cleaning and change of the toilet bins, but does not include making of the bed.
We change sheets and linens on day 1 and one more time during the cruise. Of course if you need extra towels or sheets please refer to your dedicated steward on board directly.
You may wish to take an optional excursion during the course of your stay.
